We specialize in ensuring your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for, whether they are with us overnight, or just for the day.

Our Polices
- Non-refundable deposits may be required for peak/holiday reservations and for new customers.
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No shortening or cancellations allowed for deposited reservations without forfeiture of deposit.
- You are responsible for payment for all time and services booked. Please only book what you are sure you will need to avoid extra charges. If you are uncertain about your return date, book the shorter amount of time, and let us know that you're not sure. Communication is key!
- Minimum stays may be required for peak travel times. It is possible to pay for the minimum number of nights, but book fewer.
- A substantial no-show fee applies if you do not show up for a scheduled drop-off or pick-up and you do not call to tell us you won't be coming.
- A $90 late cancel fee applies to off-season reservations canceled after 7 a.m. the day prior to your scheduled check-in.
- Appointment fees vary and may be imposed if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, while our staff is still in the office. Our staff is not able to meet you outside of business hours.
- Please note: Holiday and peak travel time rates are higher for new or infrequent boarders. We are happy to reward our loyal guests with lower rates during those times. Ask us for details!
- We are unable to give tours at the time of check-in or check-out or on a walk-in basis due to our playgroups. Tours are for humans only - We do not allow humans past the office while their own dogs are out in the yards. This helps us maintain our play yards as neutral territory for every dog here.
- You are responsible for all items you ask us to leave in your dog's room. Please don't bring any items that you don't want your dog to destroy.
- Absolutely no feather, down, or bead-filled bedding or toys are allowed. This is for the safety of our guests and for the sanity of our staff.
- Reservations are always required.
- Proof of current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations must be emailed to info@doggiespa.com prior to your dog's stay.
- If your dog does not get along with others during his/her stay, and we must provide a separate play yard for your dog, a Private Playtime Fee of $10 per night will be added to your invoice. This is at our discretion and is for the safety of our staff and guests.
- You must provide written permission on your boarding contract for non-owners to pick up your dog from our facility.
- We do not distribute 24/7 room codes via phone or electronic communication. Codes are given at the time of payment.
